DIATEC brand machine for manufacturing infant diapers with nominal speed of 300 units per minute (ppm), with automatic main control by Allen Bradley PLC (model SLC 5/04). Orientation Left, the machine is powered by a 480 Volt three-phase power supply with a frequency of 60 Hertz. The rated current is 3x630 Amper.
The Diatec machine produces baby diapers in different sizes (small, medium, large and extra-large).
Automatic packaging is done with a 2014 Optima machine attached to the machine to set up automatic primary packaging at a machine speed of 300 units per minute. The Allen Bradley PLC system can perform the control and synchronization of the Diatec converter with the Optima packaging machine.
